I'm afraid it's not possible for Jagex to return any items that you may have lost. They don't have the ability to edit any player's inventory for any reason; if they did make edits upon request, unfortunately it is likely that it would lead to an influx of fraudulent requests for items that had never actually been lost.

Yes, since it is an auto-immune condition, basically your immune system is attacking your own skin cells which takes it's toll on your body thus causing fatigue.
