Seeing as Forum Legend made the last thread and it's still within the Forums. He has the rights to make the new thread. If his old thread goes off page 50 then it's up for grabs.
Sorry but unless Forum Legend gave you written permission posted somewhere within these forums the thread will remain locked.
Please don't remake it until such times as permission is given or it goes off page 50.
Also you can't just change rules because you want too you have to use the old system as it worked and people enjoyed it. But thats for the remake if permission is given. Comprehensive Account Security
