All businesses reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges, or provide service to anyone (or anything) they deemed unsuitable to be served. These may include, but not limited to:
- Dining utensils

- Plushies or stuffed animals not machine-washed since 16 January 2011.
- Any publications more than 8.5mm in thickness and have not had a trim in the past 14 days.
- Customers who are unable to produce valid evidence that any one of their family member drank tea without milk, and not kept above 75 degrees Celsius.
- Customers found to be in possession of expired chocolate pieces manufactured in any European Union member states, especially Austria and Belgium, as they are reviewed to have the best chocolates in the world.
