Although I would support Terrori*'s bid to join the Warsaw Pact, I believe that membership requires a unanimous decision. I must, however, remind my Warsaw Pact ally that I am a guarantor of Terroria and that if you attack him, I am obliged to defend him

Country Type: peaceful, tries to stop rats and only attaks rats. If attaked will try to stop war make a treaty.

Civilians:smiths, miners, farmers, all skills really, even summoning to sell sell the pouches we skill and sell all of our wares.
Population #:500k. a very small country. About the size of Utah.
Economy:about 20 schools, 10 labs, suburban hoods, all the basics
Currency:dead rats.
Troops # (No more then 35k):5k
Types of Soldiers:mid level. About 3 solders can take down a high lvl solder.
Military Tech (weapons and defence):rifles,sheilds, ect...
Anything else you want to add: WE HATE RATS!!!!!

XD its thursday where i am so the H.T. came out but wont be declassified till tommorrow.
I may change my vote to let rocco in, on the condition that he will lets us continue the investigation, because we can probably find them faster because we will be non-partisaned. I actually think this should be good, and if you are let in your bribe will go towards Ultima soldiers.
i also have a easy fix solution for finding them.
NO ONE THAT IS EVIL AND WANTS TO KILL ROCCO'S LEADERS SEES THIS!
we create dummies that look like your leaders and put them in areas with minimal security. We position a sniper with EAPLRSR there to snipe whoever "kills" them.
Sorry for wanting to kill u rocco, i want war that does not involve warping all the way across teh universe.

And, in other news that does not revolve around HOW MUCH EVERYONE HATES ME FOR ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON, the navy has completed our third fleet.
We now have:
3 flagships (Park, Hwangbo, Tyrant)
6 Aircraft Carriers
51 Destroyers
10 shiny-new Submarines
Also, project POLAR is completed.
Powerful Outer Lasers Armed Readily.
Basically, big laser thingies. Now attached to ships, planes, and submarines.
Project STSS unveiled.
Ships To Space SHips.
Using the info gathered in our Probe Mission, we have converted our Ships to Space Ships. Strap on a Drak Matter engine, and we're ready to go! So our navy will be a Space Navy. 75%, Done Tommorow.
Also, flooding in Newfoundland kills 1,500.

XD sorry for the confusion rocco, ive got awesome war units, and nobody to use them on. i was going to attack you because i believe that you have a traitor in your midst. I want to kill them so that i will A. have war experience for my units. B. Help u and let u join WSP because we want to protect each other.
