Some info. about the nation.

UIREKA is what we would define as a Haven. With the Earth recently having undergone a terrible war, UIREKA has risen up out of the ashes, and fueled by the blood and sweat of its hard workers has become a Utopia. Our society is nicely organized, and all able-bodied citizens have jobs. Those that are not yet adults attend school, and all of them graduate college that can be accounted for.

Everyone has money. Everyone has healthcare. No one is better than anyone else. We have achieved ultimate perfection in the eyes of our glorious and mighty Raul.

HFPE:

President Emperor King Raul has approved of the establishment of many new prisons throughout the country, all in areas which are inaccessable to the rest of society.

Across the land, every aspect of the civilization will be "pure", as Raul has put it. Criminals are shut out from society forever, with their only alternatives being death or permanent enslavement ("Extensive Community Service) to the state. The court system is rigged, so every accused criminal will receive life in prison, for failures are not tolerated.

Their family is given false reports of how they are doing, and each report states that they will be released "soon", but "setbacks" forever prevent that from happening.

As for the "pure" citizens, their lives are dictated by the government. Every citizen is to find a job, or a job will be found for them. For those unable to work for whatever reason, they are placed in homes. These are nice homes, and their families can visit them. However, Raul doesn't want them interfering with our working class.

For every able child, they attend school, and all graduate from college. For those trouble students, they are sent to "Extended Academic Rehabilitation", from which they will emerge as obediant military personnel.

I didn't know that there was an actual "Races" page. I'd have been more specific if I did :P

Overview: Harry Potter when he used Gillyweed, only with scales. They have jaggy teefs and claws with webbed feet and hands. They are mostly carnivorous.
Advantages: Amphibious. Very fast under water. Stronger than humans underwater. Tough, scaly skin. Slightly higher resistance to disease than humans.
Disadvantages: Very slow above water. Not so strong above water, can barely walk on two feet while above surface. Skin will dry out pretty quickly above water.

Okay, Thanks Fexz I'll update that now.

Also Fexz. You can either claim one medium sized earth land or restart on earth (and lose no progress) and claim two medium sized earth lands.

Considering shortening the cycle length from 20 pages to 10 pages. This will be the last major gameplay overhaul. Thoughts?

We have begun further development of everything in our conventional forces.
Time: 6 years (+12 Conventional Forces)

We have begun extraction of oil in Besadal.
Time: 1 year (+8 Economy)

We are updating our projectiles and missiles

We are researching the main diseases in our species and trying to find cures for what we can.

DaW Management: Would I be allowed to double the size of my Turkey-sized land on Besadal rather than take on an extra medium-sized earth land? This would give me a land the size of Mongolia or Iran.
