The Glorious leader of Glockania, Glock IV has commissioned a great spaceport to be built in Trotksy. This will provide a great boost to our economy and industry (5 years, +5 to both).

He has also commissioned the building of several space probes to be launched to Kholodyni, Besadal and Sahara to establish relations with off-world nations. (0.5 years, so these will make contact in around 6 hours).

Building new space cruiser- 8 years, (8 space points)

Upgrading citywide heat systems- 5 years, (3 industry, 2 economy)

As a note, Echo city is the only inhabited portion of Livoth, besides a few Jawa and Wampa encampments (roughly 3.18% of the total population).

Rp, you forget one of the most important projects to have on a protoss list:

-15 years, +15 space/projectile weapons.

We have begun research into Artificial and Anti gravity.
-15 years, +15 space/research.

We have begun construction of planetary trade facilities in our capital city.(Stock market, a space port, etc.)
-10 years, +10 economy/industry/travel.

We have begun research into some of our unusual minerals found deep in Kholo-???.(just some basic geological research.)
-5 years, +5 research.

We have started research into the genetics to making a new type of construct, very different from the current ones.
-15 years, +15 research/genetics.

I wouldn't really say this provides a point bonus, if it did provide one I'd say it would go to armour or conventional forces. Plus if it's a 20 year project then that should be 20 points.

We have reduced regulations and set a flat 12% tax system.
12% corporate tax
12% sales tax
12% property tax

No unemployment benefits, limited welfare.

Tax cuts will be given for Agriculture, Medical, Construction, and Technology.

Most services outside the military are removed from federal control, services will be set up, run, and paid for by local government level.(they can enstate their own taxes, but we will keep our eyes open for over taxation.)

Those unemployed(or untrained) are offered jobs under farmers or work gangs to better our nation.
