Pentragram and compass rose is pretty unrelated to DaVinci Code, lol( at the same time, anyways )

Page 10 is far enough back to bump, but just use the button.

Hey guys,

Sorry I didn't post yesterday, stayed late at the gym again.

Today, I've been working around pretty late again, but I'm going to try to pull myself togeter long enough to post a few bits :P

Tomorrow I have work, but it is only in the afternoon, so I'll post more then, too.

Jay thought of what their meanings could be. The pentagram itself could mean one of many things. But, it was the compass rose inside of it that really caught Jay's eye. It obviously made reference to the cardinal directions, to some sort of map.
As he examined his mini-map, he saw something very interesting: The ends of several pews , when connected by straight lines, made a perfect pentagram. He traced the invisible lines on his minimap, and noticed the center was exactly behind the altar.
Behind the altar, Jay saw a small white rug, with the symbol of two lion heads on it.
He lifted the rug, only to see the continuation of the stone floor. 'Something is wrong,' Jay thought. He examined his map again: he was sure the middle of the pentagram was here. But, there was nothing out of the ordinary.
He stepped on it, then knelt down and felt it with his hand. It seemed perfectly normal... then, suddenly, the stone square fell out from beneath him. All Jay could see was darkness.

Scyne entered the church, and quickly surveyed for anything out of the normal. Then, he saw it: the missing stone square. Jay was already here, and Scyne knew he wasn't far behind. Scyne leaned over the hole cautiously, only to hear a sickening thud. He grinned. Jay was definitely down there.

Jay finally regained his balance, and moved slowly to his feet. Unfortunately, he was either blind, or the room was pitch black.
Jay pondered the situation, and decided he needed to find a light source as soon as possible. He ran his hand along the walls, which seemed to be made of damp stone, similar to that of the church. Then, he found it: a torch holder.
Jay smiled to himself, and put a weak fire spell into the torch holder, giving a dull glow to the room. He turned to see his next challenge.

In front of him now were three sheep and an archery target. Each sheep was colored differently: Red, Blue, and Green. They stood still as statues in perfect line with the multicolored target. Above the four objects was a message written in what would appear to be blood: Learn to find what does not appear, but beware, every candle lit casts an equal shadow.
Jay read the words aloud, then began examining the sheep once again. There had to be a bigger picture involved in this riddle.
Jay began to think aloud, "What does not appear... Well, there are three sheep. What was missing between three sheep? Red, Blue, Green... What could those colors represent? Wait... every candle lit casts an equal shadow?"
Jay turned to the torch, and followed its long shadow. It led through the bullseye of the archery target, then upwards to the ceiling.
The colors apparently represented something that needed to be done with the archery target.
Then, the answer came to Jay. Three elements were represented by the colors of the sheep: red for fire, blue for water, and green for earth. Air was not represented among the elements.
Jay smiled. Apparently, whoever set up these challenges had greatly underestimated who they would be challenging.
With a mighty air spell aimed at the target, a slab of the stone wall to Jay's left slid away, leading to the next room.

Matt Timmins approached the Lumbridge Church. It seemed to be empty, and as he opened the door, his assumption was confirmed. Only the usual NPCs crowded the church. Nothing seemed to be out of place.... then, he heard a loud thud. It seemed to be coming from beneath the church. He dashed to the altar, and noticed the hole in the ground.
Timmins hesitated momentarily, then allowed himself to jump.

As Jay entered the second room, he suddenly felt dizzy. The floor seemed to be moving itself around him. He closed his eyes, in an attempt to keep himself from vomitting. Then, suddenly, the dizzying stopped. He opened his eyes, and a wooden door appeared directly in front of him, across the room.
It seemed too simple, and the words in blood above the door confirmed his suspicion: For every step forward, one should take two steps back.
Jay shrugged off the riddle and began walking toward the wooden door on the opposite side of the room. He gripped the handle and slowly started to turn it, yet he couldn't bring himself to pull it open. Something was too easy about this.
Jay thought about the riddle again. It seemed to blatantly tell him to take a step back. Had he missed a piece of the riddle?
He let go of the door, and thought about the room and riddle carefully. What had made him so dizzy? More and more, Jay felt nervous about opening this door. Then, he turned around and began walking back toward the door he had come from. It was starting to make sense to him. The room was designed to rotate when he entered, so that the correct door was placed behind him. The riddle made it painfully obvious, but it would be very easy to ignore the riddle's warning and simply open the opposite door.
As Jay opened the door he thought he had come from, he was glad he would never know what waited behind the walls of the opposite side of the room.
He stepped into the fourth and final challenge.

We don't have a bump button, the button only appears to the creator of the thread.
