The problem with republics and leagues
Long ago in times of war people would put together republic and leagues to unite against powerful enemies an smash them to a pulp. The problem is these things are built on war. After the war ends it begins to succumb to political corruption. The famous w31 republic which stood against Woria will an the divine armies alliance showed this flaw greatly. Most alliances only last as long as a common enemy is present.
The second and most immediant problems is the land claims part of these super powers, Most republics an leagues that occur on w31 only give land to those that join it, joining leagues an republics means forsaking your rules for theirs while getting land you techincally had before that power ever existed. Many leaders take advantage of these systems to gain land without ever engaging in a war against others. Many of these powers actually take land away for fighting (as was the case in the alliances of world 31 now collasped). Nowadays war an politics have fused. Politics are not only the clan leaders but terrible warmongers as in todays league where if you defy or threaten to succeed you shall be silenced by the warmongers.
This report was written to help one day fix the future alliances and super powers of world 31.

In the end jonathann quit rs. He handed the clan down to Jedi Rovin the last remaining general that was only in the clan to gain more power. The result was several small scale civil wars,(all of which jedi ignored) a genocidal slaugther of a w42 family and the moving of the w31 white knights to w42.
