Wow... it's insane to think that I won the first contest six and a half years ago. It's such a long time. Most of the people I competed with and made friends with as a result have gone to college and even graduated. Fun memories ^__^
This stuff is pretty old, isn't it? It would be nice if we could have another contest, although I guess we don't have enough life left in the forum for that, at the moment.
Hi, one of the Stories Forum regulars, Cozmic had posted to one of the threads that I host in the W&F & he had mentioned the lack of writing contests sponsored by Jagex.
Here is a snippt from Quest*val - Week 2 thread, qfc 254-255-464-65595536 that I thought may interest the writers of the Stories Forum community.
Atm, the link provided to 'check out the competition thread for details' is not working. Hopefully it will be resolved as there does seem to be some interest in this contest.
Over on our forums, we've got something for all you lore-lovers and aspiring writers – can you write us a quest in 200 words?
Check out the competition thread for details – there's signed, framed, exclusive 200th quest artwork up for grabs!
EDITED TO ADD:
The link is still broken but there has been a thread created in the Community Forum that gives you the details as to where to send your entries for this contest.
