'Brief' History: As the first rays of moonlight shone through the windows of The Blue Moon Inn, the barkeeper was made aware of the cries of an infant. Being one of the rare nights that The Blue Moon Inn was vacant, the barkeeper shook it off. However, the cries persisted. Since there was no harm in checking, the barkeeper made his way up, and went through the rooms. At the last room, he discovers the source of the cries. As he opened the door however, the cries stopped. The balcony door was wide open, pooling a ray of moonlight on the infant lying on the bed, wrapped in soft wool covers. The infant had bright blue hair, as if the moonlight had cast a permanent glow on it. It's sparkling blue eyes that were as clear as water, stared up at the barkeeper. A devout Saradominist, the barkeeper believed it to be a Gift Of Life from Saradomin Himself. He thus fathered the child. Gypsy Aris, prophesied that the child will one day accomplish great deeds, though not without the darkness that follows...

"BlueMoonMan", is a dangerous outlaw, capable of taking on several guards. He is extremely agile and nimble, able to use a wide range of weaponry and must not be underestimated in any circumstances. He is believed to practice withcraft, and is responsible for several deaths and crimes, the most notable being the violent murders he has committed in the year 19 of the Fifth Age, which is still considered to be one of the most terrible crimes in our history. -it is believed to be the work of several dark mages, for the summoning of the demon 'Delrith'. The "BlueMoonMan", is named as such possibly due to his characteristic "moon-blue" colored hair. It is also alleged that his 'base-of-operations' is The Blue Moon Inn. On numerous occasions, he has been sighted at The Blue Moon Inn, and the Varrock Chapel. -it has yet to be proven.

*The rest of the records have been lost, ever since the hanging of the "BlueMoonMan", leading to the suspicion of "BlueMoonMan"'s survival, also leading to suspicion of several of the Varrock Guards.
As to why this could have been possible at all, centers around the age old tradition that states, that the man(being the one sentenced to death), be hooded, as looking into the dying eyes of a man is considered to be ill luck.

This biography was written specifically for the "BlueMoonMan". Yes, he exists. He currently resides in The Blue Moon Inn on W30. NO META-GAMING!!!

His last name was given to him by the leader because he was very excellent at his job.
