I'm seriously considering a rule in which if you don't post at least once a month, ur out. I mean, its annoying when people join for the sake of being IN a guild. Its turns us into a tool.

I agree with the premise of that month-limit thing, but with one caveat: can you accurately manage it so that it's fair and consistent? If so then I think it's a good idea, and more guilds who truly want active members should consider such a thing.
Wait, what am I saying? If the whole forum trended that way, I'd be expired from almost everywhere...
