Welcome. If you are one of those people who like to jump right in there go ahead, the story starts on page two. For those that like to do a bit of research first hang out on this page...and then head to page two for reading. ;) Please, if you do read this story, please, please post what you think. It gives writers like me the heart to write further. Also feel free to give my harsh constructive feedback if you think it will make my story better.

The story takes place in an underground city surrounded by darkness. Their knowledge to light is so extinct, that they haven't even developed a word for it in their language. So what happens when you expose something that's so new, so fresh to an area that is oblivious to its capabilities?
Pure destruction and chaos.

Deep, deep underground lives a civilization, one that has lived in the shadows forever, immersed in total darkness. Nothing has ever shone through from above, not even the light.
Aimeric, a rather young man, is engaged. When he meets a young boy with an incredible gift he tries to hide him from the world. But the council is not amused. They want the child, for their own, sick experiments.
You will find yourself on a hellish ride were you will not only be afraid of the dark, but of the light as well.

Any questions that you nice people have about my story will go here. I will try to answer them to the best of my ability. :)
Q) Though I've been wondering, why are there jets and modern day Earth stuff in Runescape?
A) Well I chose to make modern-day things only because it is so much easier to write about something in your own time. Plus readers can relate to it easier. It's still the same runescape we know and love only modernized. I took some writer's liberties. :P
