Snakus... I'm sorry to break it to you, but there is already a
Republic of Varrock, Kingdom of Varrock and various varrock clans. If you create a POC named the Empire of Varrock you'll just enter the fights between these POCs!
However, I wish you good luck with it! Its amazing that you got as far as making peace with the Kingdom of Varrock!
