Age:some old sages think between 1500 and 2000 but he looks 25.
Race: half deamon/mortal
Appearence:red eyes,black hair/deamon like look down
Armor: full dark mystic robe set,zamorack cape,ring of life,amulet of glory(T)
Weapon: dual ddp(+++ tribal poison) abyssal whip and most recently a black ancient staff that was with his in his stoney slumber.(mayby his master(zamorak) gave this to him)he can also do flames of zamorak with his bare hands.
Pets/Familiars (optional):a gaint black poisonous spider and a skeleton horse
Short history:Neo was an overated power crazed mortal in his time during the third age. he helped zamorak(his master) kill many people and do many horrible things. his last mission was to kill saradomin himself. in the end, neo was frozen in to stone by saradomin but freed about 1400 years later by a very unusual wizard(he was murdered the day after). to this day he hunts down and assisinates any unsuspecting saradomin followers. but for some strange reason, everytime he kills, he becomes more deamon and more powerful.

Race: Targo Niezer, a human with bright green eyes and sharp teeth that can turn into a white demon.
Appearence: Green eyes, spiky brown hair, quite tall. Has very sharp teeth.
Armor: Full white, platebody and platelegs have green shoulder/kneepads, the helmet his white, and is a medium helmet with like a cone shape on top. (If you've watched Lord of the Rings, it's the Gondor soldiers helmet.
Weapon: A two handed white scimitar with a green hilt.
Pets/Familiars (optional): None
Evil/Good: Good.
