Summary: Overall your story was very interesting the opening was a bit boring but I was still intrigued to read more from the beginning. Your story flowed extremely well, almost perfectly. Just a instance or two where it didn't nothing major. Well like I said I was intrigued to read more and find out what was going on but it did slow down a bit in the first chapter then picked back up. I was extremely shocked in the prologue at what happened to the boy running from the shadow. I assumed that would have happened to the shadow. Or maybe the boy would have gotten up and ran away. Your detail was amazing...if not a little over done. Maybe go a little lighter next time. Might bore the reader, I enjoyed it myself but not everyone will.
