Name: Taylor "Ty" Kurosawa.
Age: 24.
Gender: Female.
Race: Oni. (Metal)
Race Description: One of the more well-known creatures in Japanese mythology. Oni are, at their most basic, Japanese ogres. However, this is by far an oversimplification. Oni are an interesting bunch indeed.
Outside of Japan Oni are ridiculously rare to the point where there may exist only a handful in North, South and Central America combined. In Japan there are far more, but they remain one of the rarer species out there. Oni are split into five sub-species, each possessing their own strengths and weaknesses while all sharing a few similar traits as well. They are Fire, Stone, Water, Wood and Metal. I won't describe them all (unless somebody else wants to play one) and instead will stick only with Taylor's sub-species: Metal Oni, also known as Void Oni.
The shared characteristics of all Oni include a love of fighting, a love of drinking, a 'true' form, enhanced physical abilities (primarily strength and durability) and a unique thing known as the Bond that will not be described here. Metal Oni, in human form, are around peak human strength and have tough skin, letting them take hits that would cripple a normal person. In Oni form, they have enough strength to lift and throw a car, and their skin is even tougher. They also possess an enhanced healing factor, and regenerate from their wounds at a faster rate to humans. However, if they drink alcohol their wounds heal at an even faster rate, and the purer the alcohol the faster.
Metal Oni have a strength and a weakness, like all other Oni. Their strength is an instinctive ability to use magic, letting them quickly learn and master spells. This instinctive power allows them to see into the void as well, meaning they can see through magical illusions and identify particular kind sof magic more easily than others. On the other hand, they have a severe weakness to fire. If flames touch their bare skin, they will hurt bad, and the wound will heal
I am Inferi.
