Thanks also to Mod Trenmor. I *do* appreciate your clean-up efforts. It helps a lot to steer the point of this thread and the competition as a whole back to its original purpose -- to celebrate the creative efforts and ambitions of all RuneScape's writers.
Incidentally, "The Slay Ride" could also use a similar clean-up, if a passing moderator gets a chance to take a look.
Much obliged!

Oi, vey, Raiderz, stop trying to start something. Get over it, I mean, c'mon. Let's stop egging each other on, and start focusing on the point of this thread. The contest.

*Wonders whether or not to sing happily, but decides not to egg Raiderz on.*

HAha great, i loved the bit it the end "But please, DON'T EAT THE CHICKEN!" great way to finish that of i thought
really good i liked the way you started using things like "ghost speak amulet" and other things, And great the was you reflected "Christmas carol by Charles dickens" but turned it into humor and Runescape to be honest i much prefer it to Christman carol hehe realy clever the way you did that, Really well done
Thanks so much, Meg! It's very rewarding for me as a writer to see people not just enjoying my work, but taking the time to really explain why. Thanks a lot!
If you're really serious about wanting some more similar material from me, allow me to direct you to my main short story thread:
"Dreamweaver's Assorted Tales" at 49-50-691-49415905
In there you'll find a selection of other pieces I've written, including my pantomime entry for this recent contest, "Slumbering Ugly."
Much appreciated!
