Since this thread is so popular, I would like to merge an important and coming issue growing into Runescape. Please say what you think

Over the past few months the inflation of the RS gp has been unstoppable. Just over the past 2-3 weeks mask prices have gone up 10m. A few months ago a blue phat was 300m Now its pushing over 500m. The price of bulk items like yews and lobs are also dropping very fast. This creates another problem. If bulk items become too low the consequences could be the same as if the price of rares become too high. It seems like the RS economy is a mega disaster waiting to happen. Will there be a great depression of RS just like the one in the 1930's. If it does happen, what will be the consequenses. Who will be blamed and who will be hurt the most.
After reading what people have said on this thread, the main idea is that the pure ess update started a chain reaction that forced autoers to move to yews which has thus affected nats, strings, and other bulk items to change in price. But now construction is taking more money out of the game which has now driven rares to skyrocket(santas raised 6m in one day). And now merchanters are trying even harder to make money which isnt helping one bit. Some people have even recently told me that the depression has already begun. That is the basic idea of some people who have posted.
~NOTE~ I am not trying to criticize anyone in this thread.
Please post your thoughts and opinions on this topic. Any comments are appreciated. Talk about this with your friends, clans, etc. If this depression is a possibility we must work together to stop it.
