The average I want one person to post is two times a day. Bumping about three hours in between each bump is spam, except on things such as the Academy of Literature, or Story Discussions.

If you just bump, you can only bump once a day. If you are replying, go ahead and post.
Just don't post to often, on the Stories Forum, its spam. We are a small Forum, and it takes atleast a week for a thread to die.
