Name: Doesn’t know her real name, goes by Ciel
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Power: Matter Manipulation: It is as it sounds, save for the fact that she is both too afraid to use or get much better at it. At the moment, most of what she can do is de-construction without re-construction, and she has to be in contact with something to affect it in any way.
Appearance: 5’1”, overly thin, physically weak. Dark blue eyes bordering on black that seem to have very little life in them. Pale skin due to being inside here for so long and short, silver-gray hair.
About: An incredibly meek and timid individual, Ciel tends to do everything possible to stay away from people. She has been in the lab for a long, long time, long enough that she doesn’t really remember anything from beforehand. Unsure of what her name really is, all she knows is that someone called her Ciel near the start, and without anything else to go by that was what she ended up being called. People may come and go, but she always seems to be around, with her head down and staying as far away from anyone as possible.
Reasons for her attempted self-isolation are great in number, but the main ones are as thus: her power makes others afraid of her and she hates both what she is and what others think she is. To add to this, one of the only people that she had actually been able to talk to, and whom she had considered a friend, was now gone. Millie had been one of the only lights in her bleak existence here, and even now she couldn’t help but blame herself for the girl’s fate. Had she been there, maybe something, anything, could have changed. Instead, she was useless, and her only real friend was dead. Even if not, she was gone, and there was very little difference between the two here.
In the end, she just exists. Perhaps that is why she is still here, and not disposed of for being too dangerous.
Other: So you did, West. Curse you.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
