I got one, these are the most rare noobs of all but you can find them extremely easily. (btw for some reason there very

existence screams conspiracy at me idk why).
Here is there description: they hang around lowes archery shop in varrock, in most free worlds that are 1950+ people, and they have names like "3x11" and are always level 3 and always have the default clothing and hair "bald, green shirt & pants etc). I dont have a name for them so you will have to make one up.

Bots usually look like that. They just sit around and buy the arrows.
Scammers also look like that and come up with funky names so it's harder to report them.
