OK, I read up to page 138 last, and reread the very basic comments per page. So, I shall continue. Most details I don’t remember, but oh well, the show must go on!

Chance, theory, risks, tension, dialogue, hope, plans of attack. The scene repeats for four days. Indeed, attacking after a party would be better. Ah, Ormemel is a city, not a person. They discuss dealing with the archers. Chapter 26 ends.

Chapter 27
Night, admantite, Construction reference, good description. How do you feel like evaporating like water? XD Daevarro, Calvin, Kereske, Libitinai continue, Lamia speaks not with prose. Description, Earl, party, yay, statue, tornado of trash. Archers bored, Kladeos, box, cartoony dragon, Sneak, attack. Someone call the thought police. More guards who should not be doing what they’re tasked for. Then again, city guards always have a reputation for being basically useless in fantasy. Talon Beast, I think I remember him. More kills; that was easy!

Page 141
Calvin and Telvern chat, rooftops, ballista, up they go. Statue, old ladder, more easy kills, a sound, bolded now, a bit of semi-bickering.

Past few pages focus on the stealth attack, and I’ll stop at page 142 for tonight. Looks like I’ll have to finish Chapter 27 at a later time, as my eyes hurt.

My apologies. I've been doing some serious procrastination over the past months and haven't posted this stuff on a website where you might be able to properly comment on it. My revision hasn't gone anywhere really, and looking through my previous work on it makes me want to...revise the revision.

Anyway, I am eager to see what you have to say about it. I'll be lurking~!

Hello, glad to see you're still around! Yes, I had to make a new thread, so here it is, and I can continue commenting. Just got back from Vancouver, car broke down so I'm a day late, but it got fixed. So ya, I should be able to continue reading and commenting tomorrow night or so.

Heh, how often do users create threads to comment about another thread? Anyways, I am glad to be able to finally continue reading your story, it's been such a long quest at a personal level, that I cannot allow it to slip by.

Egghead? That made me chuckle XD “social assassin” sounds good. I am terrible with knots. Lamians proceed, but are stopped by a locked door; they soon figure it out. they have very good Sneak. Lead pipes, some pretty brutal lead pipes, and ailments. Ah, they deal with plate armor appropriately, very good.

I noticed that Solasúian seem to lack adrenaline rush, as they basically always immediately are debilitated by surprise attacks, whereas humans in real-life can at times continue fighting after sustaining severe injury, as adrenaline is also a painkiller. Barracks, a little philosophy, sleepy guard, cont. actions.

More warnings of thought police, chatting, back to agents, strange fog mentioned, plotting, more easy kills, mentions of attacking through gaps of armor which is good, exposition, mice squeak, another locked door, another statue, barrel utilized, barrel punches through causing Telvern to gaze, hand injured.

Had a bit of a setback, will continue reading from page 144 next time.

Oh crap, I completely forgot about this, again. Next time, in case I forget again, maybe post here once a month or something at least, I clearly am having remembering problems!

OK, to page 144. Raphael’s wounded hand healed, wine, hiss, colors, odd smell, statue of rubium, more thrown wine, nice description here, statue-discussion, statue may explode (good trap!), more wine-splashing. TAKE THAT, STATUE! Later, they stumble upon a dying soldier. Other operatives, chatting, time to go.

P 145
Decided to deactivate my cigar, save it for next time. Yes, I smoke cigars, in this case, premium Sumatra, by Villiger, a Swiss company that makes Cuban cigars, with ingredients from Indonesia, which I ordered from Victoria, British Columbia, bought by me, a Canadian of Polish and Quebecois descent. Talk about multiculturalism. I hate cigarettes, tho, disgusting, makes you feel like crap, and the smoke hurts your eyes and nostrils, whereas premium cigar smoke does not hurt, smells good, tastes good, and makes you feel better.

Back to the story, sneaky-sneaky continues. Daevarro forms an exclamation mark and falls (this made me chuckle), but is caught by Libitina. Sneaking, guards appearing, safety reached, “explosion erupting” sounds great! Baseball-wide eyes, castle collapses. I like how you describe the casualties and briefly their aftermath, makes the story feel real.

Oh, those lead pipes. Casualties, guards again, fight ensues. Fighting. Telvern searches bag, fiery image appears, summoned titan goes to battle, a guard charges Telvern,


Reached page 146. I didn't have much energy tonight, so I did not have much to say, and this is all for tonight. Hopefully, I won't completely forget about this, again. Anyways, past couple pages got more interesting, and there's even a big fight, too! The Steel Titan should make things interesting. Alright, see you next time.

Hello Azi, how've you been? Hope everything's going well.

Yeah, sorry for not posting. I was hoping to post in bulk, rather than a response to every post (it's not because I'm lazy, by the way. I just don't want to spam your thread!) But I suppose composing a message every once and a while can't hurt. Solasúian anatomy is a bit weird compared to a human's, despite looking similar to them exterior-wise. Maybe I'll get the chance to explain it sooner-or-later.

XD yes, died in a Mudcrab attack, and then eaten by Mirelurks.

I'm OK, might fly to Australia or New Zealand or something to find work, can't find work in British Columbia.

I see, so Solasuian anatomy is a bit different? Didn't know that. Eh, I wouldn't worry about it, but you are welcome to talk about their anatomy here.

OK! I read up to page 147, btw, but I've been busy lately. Been trying to balance working on four fanfics, finding work, role-playing, doing research for work visas abroad, and stayin' alive. Ha!

Battle continues, Raphael fights axeman, black fog, Raphael injured, arrow, December, titan-mirage, Raphael in another duel, purple orb thingy, another mirage, Daevarro may be injured, Jadion, fighting.

Humans had the advantage for quite a while lately. Ah, Talon Beast, haven't seen that in a while. Shakir and Calvin injured, peculiar detachable blade-pommel, Libitina gone.

Aftermath continues, liberation, anger, Steel Titan punch, statue of King Dias, speech, slaves afraid and some angry. Slaves will be slaves, and slaves shall serve. Raphael can’t be Spartacus. Chapter 27 soon ends, with one more hope. Ten page chapter, eh? Impressive!
