Hi, and thank you for visiting this thread. Simply being here means a lot to me.
The ScapeRune war is set two and a half centuries into the future, during a war between Runescape and ScapeRune which has been going on for over a century. It follows the story of a young half-gnome named Roal Atkins. Expect action, intrigue and startling revelations.
Story begins on page two, page one is for other things.

Timeline;
2000: Current Runescape.
2034: First handheld "Gun" made by the Dwarfs.
2057: The price of metal falls drastically and the Dwarfs are forced to sell the plans for their guns to the other kingdoms to stop them from going bankrupt.
2063: Falador train the first ever "Gun" armed unit, the White Lions.
2064-92: The other major kingdoms follow Falador's example and begin making gun armed units. The gnomes, being the poorest nation, form an alliance with Varrock, the richest, in exchange for the earliest Gnome-Plane plans.
2093-100: The Gnome-Plane design is refined and sold to the other major powers, making the Gno(ck Alliance (As it would later be known), the richest of all the major kingdoms by a margin of 190 000 000 000 gold coins,a considerable ammount by all accounts.
2100: Famine. Death stalks the land, and the poorer nations, such as Lumbridge and Tiranwyn, are all but destroyed. The Gno(ck Alliance weathers the storm without much difficulty, having enough money to buy enough food for four centuries of famine.
2112: The first incursion. A small settlement south of Yanille is wiped out, it's occupants found half eaten and rotten, riddled with bullet-holes.
2119: Invasion. The people of ScapeRune (As they are later found to be) invade Runescape, overrunning the Feldip Hills and ogre kingdoms in a matter of days. Ardougne is caught unawares, and is almost destroyed. However, after months of bitter fighting, it is eventually held.
2119-231: The war between ScapeRune and Runescape. It is actually many wars, but it is called one war, because the fighting never really ended. This is where this story is based.
2232: The fighting stops, but I will not explain why until the end of this story (Will also explain why it started in the first place), or maybe the next.
