I think that "USS USER" is supposed to sound like "USSR"; the United Soviet States of User instead of the United Soviet States of Russia. (I believe that's what the acronyms stand for...
).
Regardless, I think that the forums are having their Spring Cleaning a few months late right now. Stickies are being removed and old posts hidden, in order to keep false or old information from being public.
I suggest just waiting until the problem is rectified by being brought to a moderator's mind. The imminent contest in late Summer should suffice for a venue of such communicaiton.
