MQC requirement bugged?

For the achievement 'Azdaran Birthright' you need to mine 10 statues in keldagrim, receiving 10 fragments and you automatically copy them into a book.

I have the book, even got a message that i have now collected all 10 fragments but somehow i haven't got the achievement. there is nothing else i can do.

Any advice?

I got this smoothly I would check the mining spots again and make sure you've got the right mining level.
