Based on my first two trips to rock lobs during which I learned a lot more about how to do it.. I'd say I could get 130 crim, 30 green, and 75 gold per hour. I would also get 85k mage xp and use about 500k worth of runes.
I recommend not bringing a familiar.. it really disrupts the lobsters.
And don't forget to bring 4 spaces to pick up charms..

I bought a sara sword for 11.2m just now. With it and my bunyip I'm getting about 100 crim an hour at waterfiends. Even 100 an hour is just barely over what bursting rock lobs is(in terms of value). I think I'll do both for 99 summ also to keep from getting bored. I may also try using the super str prayer at waterfiends.. it may push it over the top.

Yeah I use a sara sword and piety, well I did 2 trips with the sara sword (previously used a zammy spear). It's definitely excellent for charms..Also bursting lobsters can be a pain because you need a partner, so it might not be as dependable. Waterfiends have great consistency.

It was really easy to find lobster partners... but yea, waterfiends are better if they give 100+ an hour
My last waterfiend trip(no piety, but using 10%s sometimes):
111 minutes
170 crim
13 green
3 blue
22 gold
about 120k profit(subtracting about 75k in ppots and other costs)
I'll do a run with piety now.. need to adjust invy..

Nice, so with piety your getting slightly more than 100 reds an hour plus a few of the others, and not losing all that much. Transition isn't bad either. So at a lil higher lvl of summoning thats about 35-40k xp an hour which is pretty darn good. 2 times faster than slayer so thats not bad at all.
