For champ scrolls this thread 75-76-917-60528590 is probably the best place to look for info. The only spot they don't mention that I recommend is the resource dungeon in the karamja volcano that has a lot of imps and lesser demons in it.
45 def can do most of the minigames that a maxed person can do so you've got lots to do :)

I got 116 dung last night.
I spent around 700m over the last week or so on herblore and farming supplies. It'll keep me busy when I would be bank standing and it will prevent me from loosing it to staking. The herblore supplies are enough for 10k overloads minus 8k torstol which I still need to buy. I'll wait to make the overloads and do it on the next xp weekend to get around 10m extra exp.
