The reason for this is basically that, as a player who wants all 200ms, it's in my best interest to be aware of what I have left that still applies to the skills I'm training to prevent wasted time later.
That and a 200m is 'done', a quest cape / comp cape / trim cape will always have to be chased. I like doing things that are permanent. And I'm the go big or go home type, so If I am going to do it, I am going to do it 'right'
