Completed my 50th beginner clue today, and on that exact clue, I managed to get the shoulder parrot! It's a cape slot cosmetic, but because I don't currently need the cape slot for anything else anyway (didn't buy firemaking cape since I can't store it yet, nor is it useful), it's a nice extra bird companion to have, until 99 fishing when I start wearing that cape.

Also with 70 agility, unlocked some nice shortcuts, most notably the Taverley dungeon one to bypass the need for a dusty key, thinking I might mage some of the blue dragons later.

Agility level increased from 69 to 70.
