For smithing, I've been using up all the corrupt ore that I gained from 200m mining. After that I've been going back and forth between elder rune plate bodies; creating T1 or doing T4-> T5 then selling them off. T1 is a little bit of gp, which is nice but t4->t5 is better xp.
