92 Slayer & 92 Defense achieved.

Had celestial drags for first time and absolutely love those. Tried crystal shapeshifters and not so much for those, lol. Any recommendations on what to put on block list? Curious what you all have blocked. :)

As of now mine is:

Shadow creatures
Crystal shapeshifters

Hi again Semp, congratulations on your recent levels!

As for the block-list, it depends on whether you're looking for the best XP rates, best profits or a bit of both really. The unofficial RSWiki has a pretty informative page on 'High Level Slayer Training' which lists all of the tasks with notes, experience rates and whether you should think about preferring/blocking the task, and there is also a great document made by Lifer on the HLF which is purely geared towards the best XP rates.

I think the general consensus is the following, for the must-haves on your block list:
Desert Stryke***ms

Elves

Greater Demons

Grotworms

(Fill the rest of the slots up with tasks that you don't like)

If you genuinely dislike a task then you should probably just block it even if it does give some of the best XP rates, it's important to enjoy your tasks too! Hope I could help. :D

Heh, I'm kinda hoping for both tbh. I didn't even think to check the wiki so thanks for that! :)

Think I will definitely end up blocking desert stryks as they are a bit annoying. Elves & grotworms I enjoy so will probably keep those off for now and greater demons are always a toss-up :P

UPDATE - AFTER DXP WEEKEND:


Hope everyone's dxp weekend went well! Mine sure did :D

I decided to take a break from slayer for the weekend in order to focus on some other skills. Started the weekend off by getting
99 Range
and then moved onto
Herblore
. I had some extreme sets left to make in addition to 1k overloads and this amazingly got me
99!!!
. I had a ton of bxp stacked in the skill, plus clan ava, plus the full botantist outfit, plus wells, so it was XP overload tbh :D . Yet another skill I never imagined myself getting...

I also got
94 Smithing
by using the remaining of my protean bars;
90 Farming
and
90 Agility.
Finished the weekend off by getting
86 Thieving.
All in all, a very good weekend for me :) :)
