Hey, I'm comped and currently going for trim... I just thought I'd give you a quick guide on how I trained these skills because I thought it might be of some use to you...
Divination...
90 - 95: Luminous Wisps south of Sophanem, buy some gold artefacts (6/ recharge) and use your pharoah's sceptre to teleport to Jalsavrah. Then run south east till you hit a gate, go through it and head south till you hit the level 90 rift.
95 - 100: Incandescent Wisps; use the spirit tree (to Poison Waste) - you'll need both a ring of duelling & an offhand/ mainhand (either will do) with a mithril grappling hook. When you teleport to the poison waste run south till you hit a grapple shortcut. Cross it and then head west.
Your hardest 99 to get.
91 Thieving
Congratulations! You've just reached the final room. Don't forget to loot room 7 until you reach half-time and then move onto room 8. I have nearly 50 mill Thieving exps so I know what I'm doing here

This is easily 1.5 - 2m exps/ day so this skill is really a breeze.

92 Hunter
Carrion/ Draconic jadinkos (depends on how lazy you're feeling!) from Herblore Habitat all the way to 99.
It's a bit of a grind but its not all that bad...
Good luck! Keep up the grinding and you'll soon have your max cape
Have you thought about which colours yours will have?
Edit: I forgot to mention, maxing's the hardest part of comping... I managed to comp 3 months after I maxed so its really not too tricky to push things that little further if you choose to do so!
