Accie, rather than the Achievers working around WFE's schedule, I can have the WFE schedule built around the Achievers.
I'd love to be a part of the Achievers events team, if you'd like some extra help. ;)
Also, I like the idea of a conga traveling to the Games Room. ^_^ Sounds like fun to me!

Edit: We can always "mix" schedules (such as a WFE and Achievers Stealing Creation event... although there are unlimited possibilities). In other words, some of our events could completely overlap each other, so that we're all at the same event at the same time.
This would also be nice, because the members of both groups would be able to meet each other. :) Just a thought.

I'd be glad to help out with event planning. ^_^ I'm currently active in the Events community myself, so I can even try to get it promoted through the events forum, if you'd like. :)
If you'd really like to expand, the Achievers could even transform into an events organization promoting the Goals and Achievements forum, specifically the Achievers. The team would have its own thread, so the event managers could easily update events and would be a place for discussion, instead of using up space in this thread to advertise events.

Heya Az, thanks for the template idea :) I've added it to my post.
We'll be deciding in about a week who will be on the events team. This will be so people have time to apply. We will be choosing two head coordinators, and about 4-5 other coordinators to make up the full events team.
