CONSTRUCTION

One of the most popular ways people achieve 99 Construction is either by making Oak Larders, or Oak Dungeon doors. From level 80, you need about 185k oak planks. The cost is: 101,750,000.
The way to do this is take noted planks to your house, and be sure to either have a butler or demon butler, and constantly get him running for planks while you build the larder or dungeon doors.

Cooking is probably among the easiest skills to train, although, if you don't have cash this can be tricky. Most people cook in the Rogues Den, as there is a bank close by.
From 80-99 it would take roughly 92k lobsters, or roughly 53k sharks.
Lobsters cost: 38,640,000 gp (roughly a 5m gp loss)
Good thing about losters is that you don't burn them, so the gp loss is minimal and only based on the grand exchange cooked price.
Sharks are more expensive, especially as you do burn them up till about level 92(not quite sure), but for those of you who don't care, this is probably one of the quickest normal ways to achieve 99 cooking.

Ideal Firemaking locations:
Duelling Arena (F2P/P2P)
Grand Exchange (F2P/P2P)
Port Phasmatys (P2P)
The most common logs used in firemaking are Maples and Yews. Takes roughly two weeks to complete firemaking, possibly less with yews.
Maple cost for 80-99: 2,460,000 (or 2,340,000 with ring of fire and gloves)
Yew cost for 80-99: 26,345,000 (or 24,908,000 with ring of fire and gloves)

Levels 1 to 5 - fish shrimp
Places: Draynor(watch out for wizards if you are low level), Catherby
Levels 5 to 20 - sardines and herring
Places: Draynor, Catherby
Levels 20 to 80 - trout and salmon
Places: barbarian village (f2p), Shilo (p2p)
Comments: You can mix in lobsters at around 50, at this point if you need cash, although if your f2p this is a little more difficult as its not close to a bank, but stay at trout/salmon if you are looking for speed.
Levels 80 to 99 - Monkfish
Places: piscatoris fishing colony (need to do swan song)
You could continue flyfishing after 70, as it is quickest exp, but if you want cash, monkfish are the way to go. Flyfishing is an easy 300k+ exp per day.

--METHOD 1 --
Levels 1 to 15 - Cut down regular trees.
Places: Behind Lumbridge castle(f2p), or south of seers village (p2p)
Levels 15 to 30 - Cut down oak trees.
Places: Behind lumbridge general store(then sell to general store, small profit)

Levels 30 to 99 - Cut down willows.
Places: Draynor(f2p), or behind seers bank(p2p)

Do the 1st two steps in method one
Levels 30-75 - cut down willows
Places: Behind seers village, or west of barb assault entrance, Draynor
levels 75+ or 80+ - cut down Yews
Places: behind varrock castle, south of flax field in seers, or southeast corner in gnome stronghold. Decent speed and cash.
-- METHOD 3 --
Do the 1st two steps in method one
Levels 30-50 - cut down willows
Places: Behind seers bank, or west of barb assault entrance(Deposit box inside building)
Levels 50 to 99 - Cut teaks
Places: Karamaja or ape atoll.(karamaja) There is a tree patch just east of the place where you start the quest 'jungle potion'. (You will need to pay 100 trading sticks every time you enter. There is 9 teak tree's and 4 mahogany)
