@Pluto I believe Wise Old Man has the max Quest Points that a 10 HP Pure can have, if not, real close. You could try calculating all his Quests and the Quest Points to find a rough estimate

To be honoust Pluto, I have no idea. - I've always disliked quests and never given it much thought. The only quests I've done were either for the reward, or for an interesting boss-fight :p
