I got my first 50M+ from drops in the Partyroom when I was getting 99 Magic, after that I started Flipping, and also made around 100M from doing the Gnome delivery minigame when Mint cakes were still around 30K each.
The 80M cash I have left should be enough to get me 99 Slayer, because I get a lot of my money back from drops.

Gnome delivery is pretty good money on itself. You often get Seed pods which are 15K ea (you get 8-10 at a time), and other rewards like Diamonds. And like once in every (rough estimate) 100 deliveries you get a Scarf, you can do up to around 30-40 deliveries in an hour.
