By use of Xp lamps and books of knowledge
It is also possible to use rings of recoil in slayer training to keep level 3 combat I believe. It is more tedious this way, but also more honourable in the end
Goodluck!
56th overall. You'll probably find me runecrafting

Training Slayer with rings of recoil is a huge waste of time. I remember a long time ago I completed a Cow task with recoils and you get bad XP + you also risk getting combat XP with every hit.
You could wear something that will reduce your combat stats such as flowers or a rubber chicken but there is always that slight risk you might hit a 1! :p
