Jiblix is a Level 3 Pure Skiller, so Slayer is probably not on his to-do list. This is probably a good thing; Jiblix needs a break sometime!
As far as I am aware, he has around 4 Skills to get to Level 99, still. As to whether or not he will then train his Combat, I am not sure; perhaps he will let us know sometime.

I take it, then, that Soul Wars does not provide experience for the Combat damage that you inflict. If that is the case, I wish you the best of luck with your ambitious goal.
