"How do you plan to get 99 RC, considering the combat limitations?"
I may just run from CW to Entrana to 91. Then play GOP for Nature tabs and use those to get 99.

Hey, im curious of how you runecraft avoiding combat?
Natures are the most common way however you either need a graahk or you need to use the abyss neither of which you can do at level 3. My guess is fires with castle wars method or air assisting. I'm not sure o.0
Never mind, I read some other posts and it filled me in =)
Good luck. I'm trying for 99 to. I plan for 1 level a day till around 78. Then just stagger the training over the school year then resume next summer.
