Got some Smithing in this past weekend. Proud of myself for being more active in-game and the forums. :p Been so long!
Made some steel platebodies with sacred clay hammers, using my Yak as extra storage. ^_^
A few people have been asking me what I plan on doing for 2x bonus exp. I'll more than likely do Summoning, but I know I won't have enough charms to get those last three levels in. I'll just do what I can do, then switch off to something else. (Herblore probably.)
If I have time between classes, I'll hunt penguins later. Do penguin points and lamps get the 2x also? I'll have to read the news post again.

Belated congratulations for 2200 total ^_^
I don't think penguins/lamps will be included as bonus exp. Check the stickies in Future Updates, a couple of FAQ posts on it, & the occasional J Mod response to questions not included there.

Achieved 97 Summoning! I was going to buy 2.6k unicorn horns to use my green charms on, but I decided not to because they were too expensive. I was away for the weekend, but at least I got on last night to enjoy the last few hours of what was left of bonus exp weekend. Did little Firemaking, Agility, and Herblore. Not enough to gain any levels though.
I also hunted penguins last week and did troll invasion for this month. I'm glad I did because I've been inactive for awhile, with college and everything.
Hopefully this month I'll be more active. :p

Yesterday, I hunted penguins quite literally at the last second before reset and got all ten in. ^_^
I also checked out the new tears of guthix and gained 24k exp in Hunter. I am glad that Jagex updated it, I believed that it needed to be updated.
I'm not so keen on finding out that the EoC will launch on November 20, it saddens me. Since I'm a veteran player, along with others, it just ruins the future for us. It still upsets me about the combat level change and I also think that the EoC still needs to be worked on. After all Jagex did say, ". . .We aren’t afraid to change our plan if necessary, as we will never launch an update before it is ready." Which, in short, still needs work.
Anyway, sorry about my constructive criticism. :p I probably will hunt this weeks penguins and do troll invasion here within the next few days.

It's an ironic quote from Jagex there, considering the number of bugs/general issues that come with so many updates.

I'm sad about EOC too. I've made a thread arguing why eoc isn't for RS, how it'll change the core elements of Rs forever but no1 cares. I'll miss old xp but seeing as I'm close to 99prayer and got 93 slayer and max melee I guess I'm ok with it.

Thanks guys! EoC releases tomorrow! Going to be interesting on what all unfolds.
I have an ear infection and a cold. The doctor put me on amoxicillin and I'm taking advil for the cold. :p I'm sure I'll be fine though!
On a good note.... Today is my birthday. 19 on the 19th! Only happens once. ^_^

I hunted penguins and did tears last week. I also did troll invasion for this month. Slowly advancing toward 99 Summoning. :) Slowly, but surely getting there.
Today is my last day of classes before Thanksgiving break. So I'll definitely be getting on during break and spending time with my family.
