The task which requires you to crack a wall safe in Rogue's Den is not completed if the first item you get is a rogue set item (specifically [Rogue's Top] in my case)

Update:
Seems to be true for all pieces of equipment. (Haven't gotten anything but equipment though)

Please make sure that you crack a wall safe at the main area near the bank, doing so will cross it off for you. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
