Wow! I'm an Oldschool player just looking around, and I have to say I'm impressed at the time you've put into this thread/true trim. Considering doing something the same for OSRS since I'm currently going for comp goals :) Good luck, man.

Firstly, thanks! Secondly, I do intend to one day do a similar thing in OSRS, the only reason I haven't started is I want to keep it under this same account, which obviously creates clashes. If you do start to formulate some sort of list, pm me for sure!

I also finally launched into the list of possible true trim reqs that I have kept over the last six or so months probably, and delighted to say that I have now found and categorized nearly every req out there!
I turned the forgotten quest activities that I had, into it's own 'Quests' post. It has all the quest related activities that aren't included in MQC.

With no further ado, I have added/updated the following true trim reqs to the following categories:

Minigames/D&D's
:
Player Owned Ports - completion, all special crew unlocked , all superior rewards

Items
:
Mudskipper hat and flippers
Perfect rune ceremonial swords (I-V)

Hidden Activities
:
Delivered Longramble some tangled toad's legs
Cleared the shortcut to the Kalphite King
Ceremonial sword one-time xp rewards
Exhausted the silver ore rock in Al Kharid
Filled in all information for Ali the Wise, Gwir, and Derni, Dernu and Miodvetnir
Enabled Rory and Amelia to retell the Myreque quest series

Shops and Interfaces
:
Dungeoneering Resource dungeons (including worldbearer ring)
All blueprints unlocked

Quests
:
Icthlarin's Little Helper - final cutscene and one time dialogue with pet cat
The Chosen Commander - post quest dialogue from Duke Horacio and Johänhus Ulsbrecht


Lastly, I took all completed illuminated God books out of the Items post, as they now go into the POH bookshelf.
