UPDATE: Today I thieved for a while, getting my ranking down to 360 overall, and achieved 63 Runecrafting. 17 Runecraft levels to go for my goal. Made 4k Laws, which sold for 1.1mil, adding to my small cash pile. Still recovering from 99 Prayer costs
