Hi there,
Whilst an in-game profanity filter does exist, I’m sure you will understand that it’s not possible to filter every potentially offensive word, sentence or phrase, furthermore even if a certain word is filtered, it may still be obvious what was meant so could still be considered offensive. Having such a filter doesn’t give carte blanche to our players to use any language they choose, players should always be mindful of our Rules on offensive/inappropriate language.

There are some conversations we don't want in our game full stop, regardless of whether it's public or private, and we have systems in place to handle that too.

I think it's a good idea to at least warn players that their behaviour in-game is not acceptable, before issuing a mute, or worse, a ban.
