Something you've missed off from your untradeables/minigame rewards.
In the Creature Creation minigame (after Tower Of Life Quest) killing the monsters you create gives you the chance of dropping a tea flask and six different types of flask.
Tea Flask - Dropped by all
Rune Satchel - Dropped by Newtroost
Green Satchel - Dropped by Unicow
Red Satchel - Dropped by Spidine
Black Satchel - Dropped by Swordchick
Gold Satchel - Dropped by Jubster
Plain Satchel - Dropped by Frogeel
