The only issue I can think of is the restriction of obtaining the achievement in a group. This means, if you're not creating your own instance, you will not obtain the achievement. If you are creating your own instance and still not receiving the achievement, I would recommend reporting it as a bug to Jagex so that they can solve this issue. Best of luck! Hey guys!
