~*~ Tying up Loose Ends ~*~

~*~ RuneScape & Me ~*~
RuneScape was first introduced to me by a good friend on a rainy day in mid-2005. I was skeptical of the game at first, but after much persisting on my friend's part I decided to give it a shot. To my surprise, I ended up enjoying it immensely. So much, that after over a year of being a free player I upgraded to membership status in August of 2006.
All the extra skills and whatnot were awesome, but what really caught my eye were all the quests members had access to. I'd finished all of the free quests in my time as a free player, so you can imagine how excited I was to get cracking at the members quests. When skill capes came out I was even more excited and made it my goal to get a quest cape.
I did just that in mid-2007. It was a glorious moment indeed, but I ended up taking a break from the game for some time and by the time I returned there were a plethora of new quests out that I didn't have the requirements for.
I decided to put that goal on hold for a little while and just maximize my enjoyment of the game by training skills that I liked, playing mini-games, some low level bossing here and there and so on. I made a few G&A threads during that time with some goals that I completed and some that I am still working towards.

For those interested, my name is Jason and I'm currently a student at a university on the east coast of the United States and am in the process of getting a business degree.
My other interests include playing video games other than RS, playing guitar, and playing and watching basketball and American football.

I know this sounds all cheesy and whatnot, but I'd like to thank every one of my friends and supporters for cheering me on and supporting me as I achieve my goals. Part of what makes this game fun is sharing your enjoyment with other people in this game and the G&A community has been great for that.
That being said, I don't see a reason to keep a list of the names of all my supporters. I've done so in past threads, but I've come to realize that it serves no real purpose - list or no list I appreciate your support all the same.
