Good luck.
You could try drinking a lot of orange spicy stews until you lowered your cooking level to 1 than go and cook some "toast" I have no idea if this is reasonable tho. You could also hunt imps at the Karamja Volcano resource dungeon there are 11 in there.

Maybe this is cheating or won't work anymore but, why not cook bread? I remember there was a quest or something that required burnt meat and I couldn't find any. Finally just tried cooking already cooked meat and it worked.
