120 arch and pulling hair out ... please help.

I can't find pod to start "let sleeping kin lie". I have completed desperate measure quest.
The only pods i have found were in the outpost but they are not clickable.

No kidding, i have wasted at least 2 hours searching and not one person in game provides any input.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
