Hey it’s Requ,
I have a general question for all the maxed players and skillers out there. What is it like being maxed? Do you feel as if you completed everything and now it’s more of a social game? Or are there still things to do as you play? I have been playing since 2007 on and off of course. Last DXP I finally achieved 99 firemaking and was stoked!
I maxed September 2017 (12 yr vet on and off) and felt a huge accomplishment when I did. I feel now it's more relaxed and more enjoyable after maxing.
I don't have to worry about getting any more 99's, just the 120's that I'm focused on getting and that'll be in due time, no rush. Once you max, you'll see how "easy" things are in game that you want to do. Congrats on 99 btw!
I have recently decidedly to complete more 99’s. It gave me an A Hah moment when I realized I’ve been playing for sometime and don’t even have a 2000 total level haha. But do you guys plan skills out? Hoard certain items for later use? Any tips and tricks are most appreciated
Go for it!! Don't rush, if you don't want to. Don't have others make you feel that you should be maxed by now, and in my opinion, xp waste maxing fun.
I hate when others told me in the past, "don't xp waste". Max at the rate you feel is right for you.
Yes, I hoarded items long before dxp rolls around. I used to buy my supplies after dxp ended and planned for the next. It made other things in the game much more easier to accomplish.
When you get dummies, pulse cores, proteans and other things of the sort, save them all for dxp. Makes xp gains easier and 99's faster. Do the most expensive skills on dxp,
hoard the items and plan it out based on your levels.
Anyways, before people flame me and start saying dude it doesn’t take a month or two. Yes! I know that Lol. Just a friendly discussion.
Kind regards,
Requ
